Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping Australia-wide. At this time, we do not provide international shipping; however, we are continually reviewing opportunities to expand our shipping services in the future.

Order Processing

All orders are processed as quickly as possible, with most orders dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or promotional events.

Some products may be made to order or sourced specifically for your vehicle application, which may result in extended lead times. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you with an estimated timeframe.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Additional freight charges may apply for oversized items or deliveries to rural and remote areas.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the freight carrier selected. Standard delivery timeframes are generally between 3–10 business days once dispatched.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, weather events, or high freight volumes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where applicable. This allows you to monitor your shipment throughout transit.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Freight

Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may incur additional freight charges for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products received. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Authority to Leave

By selecting Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout or through the freight carrier, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been completed. We are not liable for lost or stolen items after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect may be available for selected products from our workshop location. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
